Abstract
This article honours the life and career contributions of Ken Lysyk in the area of Aboriginal Law and Aboriginal Rights. The discourse and practice of accommodation was given voice by Professor Ken Lysyk twenty-five years ago, and as with so much of the work of this elegant jurist, it provides a contemporary model of scholarship in the service of justice.
Mr. Justice Kenneth Lysyk served as Dean of the Faculty of Law from 1976-1982 and was President of the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice from 1989-1991.
