Abstract
Conflict between China’s local laws and norms with its emphasis on state control and the introduction of legal ideas concerned with private property rights - extent to which China has managed relations of property in local markets - manner in which China has incorporated liberal property ideas will find reflection in China’s commitment to the international economic system and its own economic policies.
