Pathologies, transplants and indigenous norms: An introduction to Nigerian health law and policy

Research output: Chapter

Abstract

Health law and policy in Nigeria is an evolving and complex field of law, which interacts with other legal fields and sources locally and internationally to form its own body of principles. In analyzing the interplay of the various sources in the context of the historical transplant and reception of British law into Nigerian law, this introductory chapter maps out the framework of what may now be formally termed the ‘Nigerian health law and policy’ field of law.
